SPRING HAS SPRUNG!!!
Ok, that may have been a little premature, as it is still 40 degrees and currently hailing here in Idaho. But boy oh boy are we ready for the warm weather to descend on Sidewayz headquarters this year.
It's been a long cold winter, full of record snowfalls, economic uncertainties and few new wake DVDs to cheer us all up. But luckily we've got some great stuff in the pipeline, and new vids will start rolling in as soon as the end of this month!

Shot entirely in HD across 4 countries, Canvas takes you from the swamplands of Florida to the crystal blue waters of Tekapo, NZ in a quest to see just how far the best riders in the world can push themselves and their artform. Those crazy kids! I know you've all been looking forward to this film all winter, but just in case you're out of the loop, here's what Collin himself has to say:

The latest release from Jared Eygabroad at Scratch Films, who brought you the best-sellers Godpseed and The Good Times 1 & 2! In Jared's words: "This is a wakeboard journey featuring six of the most film-worthy freeriders from around the country. Each rider joined this voyage from a different state and brought their own unique style of wakeboarding with them. We made this video to show you what really happens during the making of a wakeboard film. Our fully loaded RV traveled from the depths of the Northwest rainforest, to the waves of the unforgiving Pacific Coast, into the Rocky MountainE2s, and finally on to the vast desert so we could deliver every bit of amazing scenery the Northwest has to offer. This film is a collaborative project between David Cervenka (DPC Films - The Chick Flick) and Ronnie Romero (Updog), featuring a smattering of wakeboarding's best: Shaun Murray, Keith Lyman, JD Webb, Aaron Rathy, Jeff Weatherall, Kyle Alberts, Dean Smith and Keith Lidberg. Includes trips to Mexico, the Philippines, and New Zealand and more. Coming May '09!
